Pengendara sepeda motor di bawah umur, seorang pelajar SMP, telah ditilang di jalanan ponorogo sebagai bagian dari tindakan keras polisi. Anak SMP yang tertangkap ini didapati saat berkendara tidak mengenakan helm dan tidak terpasang plat motor di motornya.
